Online Hypno Healing Group

These gatherings are designed as safe, supportive spaces for emotional, spiritual, and subconscious healing within community. Each month, we will focus on a specific theme, allowing us to gently explore the deeper layers of the psyche and soul together.​

Each session includes guided hypno-healing that everyone receives together.

At times, one participant may choose to volunteer for brief individual work within the group. This is always optional, consent-based, and gently facilitated.

You are never required to volunteer, speak, or share. Many people find that simply listening and witnessing supports their own healing in meaningful ways. Whether you participate quietly or feel called to volunteer, the intention remains the same: safety, clarity, integration.
