About the event
There are moments in the healing journey where we can feel stuck—repeating patterns, carrying weight that hasn’t shifted, or sensing there is more available, but not quite accessing it. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an emerging, research-supported approach that can help gently open new pathways for insight, emotional release, and lasting change.
In this informational session, I’ll walk you through what KAP is, how it works within a therapeutic setting, and what the process looks like through my practice in partnership with Journey Clinical. We’ll explore who this work may be supportive for, what to expect from preparation through integration, and how this modality can complement the deeper work we’re already doing together.
