About the event
These gatherings are created as safe, supportive spaces for emotional, spiritual, and subconscious healing within community.
Each month, we explore a general theme that allows for gentle reflection, healing, insight, and inner reconnection.
Each session includes a guided hypno-healing experience that the whole group receives together.
At times, one participant may choose to receive brief individual support within the group setting. This is always optional, consent-based, and gently facilitated.
You are never required to volunteer, speak, or share. Many people find that simply being present, listening, and witnessing can be deeply healing. Whether you participate quietly or feel called to engage more actively, the intention remains the same: safety, clarity, healing, and integration.
